As a certified fitness & nutrition coach, I've created these programs based on my extensive training background paired with my own personal experience working in the health and fitness industry for more than 10 years.

You-Turn: Learn the Low-Carb High-Fat Lifestyle to Look, Feel, and Perform Better

I’m a fitness and nutrition professional with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. For years I ate a clean, low-fat diet comprised of healthy grains, fruits, vegetables, limited healthy fats, and lean protein. When I first made the shift to clean eating in 2011, I felt great! I lost a little weight, my eating habits & energy improved, and I felt confident that I was making great choices for my body & health.  

 

BUT, no matter how "clean" my diet was I still struggled with things like bloat, lack of muscle tone, difficulty reducing body fat & cellulite, low energy, sugar cravings, brain fog, and other issues. I resigned myself to believing these were things I had to accept as a part of getting older or a result of my work & stress level. I convinced myself to simply "get over it" & push through.

 

Then, after months of dealing with chronic pain & other health issues, I started reading about how a "Low Carb High Fat" diet could potentially heal my body AND impact ALL of these things I've always struggled with. As a result, I decided to make some big changes to my eating habits to test how I would feel. Through this nutritional test, I basically flipped almost all my habits on their head and, guess what? The change was undeniable! I lost weight, gained energy, reduced my cravings, healed my chronic pain, and more!  

 

I created this program to teach other women about a Low-Carb High-Fat diet and how to implement these nutritional changes to see and feel the results!

PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is a hormonal disorder among women that is caused mainly due to insulin resistance or endocrine dysfunction, and some of the most common side-effects of this health condition are things like weight gain, weight loss resistance, hunger and cravings, fatigue, and mood issues just to name a few.

 

As a woman with PCOS, I wish I had known sooner that so many of the struggles I'd dealt with my whole life were probably connected to my hormone dysfunction so that I could have made different choices to better manage the symptoms.

 

 

The focus of this program is education about PCOS + a guideline for proper nutrition as well as recommendations for effective fitness to manage the symptoms of PCOS through lifestyle.
