You-Turn: Learn the Low-Carb High-Fat Lifestyle to Look, Feel, and Perform Better

As a fitness and nutrition professional with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I have spent many years eating a clean, low-fat diet comprised of healthy grains, fruits, vegetables, limited healthy fats, and lean protein. When I first made the shift to clean eating in 2011, I felt great! I lost a little weight, my eating habits & energy improved, and I felt confident that I was making great choices for my body & health.  


BUT, no matter how "clean" my diet was I still struggled with things like bloat, lack of muscle tone, difficulty reducing body fat & cellulite, low energy, sugar cravings, brain fog, and other issues. I resigned myself to believing these were things I had to accept as a part of getting older or a result of my work & stress level. I convinced myself to simply "get over it" & push through.


Then, after months of dealing with chronic pain & other health issues, I started reading about how a "Low Carb High Fat" diet could potentially heal my body AND impact ALL of these things I've always struggled with. As a result, I decided to make some big changes to my eating habits to test how I would feel. Through this nutritional test, I basically flipped almost all my habits on their head and, guess what? The change was undeniable! I lost weight, gained energy, reduced my cravings, healed my chronic pain, and more!  


I created this program to teach other women about a Low-Carb High-Fat diet and how to implement these nutritional changes to see and feel the results!
